Now that you've sent your referral link to your network, it's time to review your rewards! In the Referral Dashboard, you can view the number of link clicks, referees count, credits amount, and more. This article will walk you through all the steps to keep track of your referral performance.

On the Referral Program page, there's a section where you can quickly view the results of Your referrals
Clicks: This counts how many times your referral link has been clicked on to open
Total referees: The total number of referees that you successfully invited to use TrueProfit
Conversion rate: The percentage of Clicks to successful referees (Conversion rate = [Total referees / Clicks] x 100)
Total earned credits: The total amount of credits you've earned from your successful referrals
To view the full data of your referrals and credit status, click View Dashboard to go to the Referral Dashboard.
Tracking and viewing your Referral performance
In the Referral Dashboard, you can see the overview of all activities related to your referrals in the first section:
Available credits: The app credits you earned from successful referrals that can be withdrawn to your Shopify store
Active referees: The referees with an active store on TrueProfit
Total earned credits: The total amount of credits you've earned from your successful referrals since you started referring
Click View details to see more metrics related to your referrals and app credits.
The next section is a performance chart of your referrals to help you see the change over time easier. You can also filter by date range and group by different time ranges to view your data better.
Lastly, the table at the bottom of the page lets you keep track of your referee details.
Every time a referee installs TrueProfit from your link, their subscription information will appear in this table. Here's a breakdown of each column:
Install date: The date when your referee installed TrueProfit to their Shopify store using your link
Store name: The store they installed TrueProfit to, this information is not public to protect their privacy
Referee status: The status of their store after they installed TrueProfit, including Active or Canceled
Plan name: The current subscription plan your referee is using for their store
Credits: The amount of app credit you get from this referee. This number is not confirmed until the store completes its first TrueProfit billing cycle.
Credit status: The status of the app credits–depending on the user journey of your referee
If you switch to the Transaction history tab, you can see a log of all transactions made to your referrer account.
In your referrer account, there are 3 types of transactions:
Earning: The amount of app credits you earned when a referee successfully converted
Withdrawal: The amount of app credits you withdraw to a Shopify store of your choice
Removal: The amount of app credits that were invalidated by TrueProfit admins. You will be notified through email if there is a review on your credit account before a removal transaction happens.
How to withdraw app credits to your Shopify store
1. To start withdrawing your available app credits, go to the Referral Program page.
2. Here you can view your Available credits amount, click Withdraw to begin
3. In the Request withdrawal popup, enter the number of credits you want to withdraw and select a store to receive the credits, then click Submit
Note that the number of credits cannot exceed your available amount and your withdrawal request might take up to 5 days to get approved
4. Once you've submitted your request, the pending transaction will be recorded in your Transaction history
If you change your mind after withdrawing, you can cancel the transaction within the 5 days period.
5. After 5 days of processing, you've successfully withdraw the app credit to your Shopify store!
