Connect with Gooten Print-on-Demand

Connecting your Gooten account with TrueProfit helps you keep track of your print-on-demand product costs (COGS) per order and track accurate shipping costs automatically. This makes it easy to monitor your true profits and optimize your business.

How to connect with Gooten

  1. Go to the main menu in TrueProfit, select Integrations > click Print-on-demand Services.

  2. In the integrations list, find and select Gooten.

  3. Click Connect to begin linking your Gooten account.

4. In the pop-up, enter your Gooten recipe ID and partner billing key (see instructions below to get your API key).

5. Click Connect to complete the setup.

Step 1: Log into your Gooten account, or register here if you don't have an account yet.

Step 2: Get recipe ID and partner billing key

Go to “Settings”, and click the tab "API", you will see the API key. Copy them and paste them into the integration pop-up on TrueProfit.

After connecting, TrueProfit will start syncing your Gooten account information and order data automatically.

Viewing your synced data from Gooten

After a few minutes, you can check your synced Gooten orders in the TrueProfit Orders Report. When orders match between Gooten and your store, you’ll see Gooten's icon displayed on your COGS and Shipping Costs fields.You should use this synced data to check and adjust your COGS and shipping fees to ensure accurate profit calculations.

Disconnecting Gooten

To disconnect Gooten from TrueProfit:

  1. Click the Disconnect button next to Gooten on the Integrations page.

  2. In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm.
