Adding a shipping zone lets you set a different shipping cost for a specific country or region, instead of using the same Default (Worldwide) rate for everyone. This is useful when your supplier charges different shipping fees depending on the destination. For example, a lower rate for domestic orders and a higher one for international orders.
Once added, the zone appears as a new column in the main view, where you can enter the specific shipping cost for that region.

There are 2 ways to add a shipping zone:
Method 1: Add from the main view
In the main view, click the + icon (Add shipping zone) at the top of the column area
Enter a zone name
Search a region, then click > to expand and select specific countries
Click Save
Method 2: Add from Settings
From the main view, click Settings
Scroll to the end of the Settings page
Click Add shipping zone
