Your profit data lives in TrueProfit. The questions about it tend to arrive while you're doing something else — reviewing ad spend or staring at a number that looks wrong.
Connect TrueProfit to ChatGPT or Claude, and you can ask those questions where you already are and get answers from your real store data.

Before you connect
You need an active TrueProfit account with the Admin or Viewer role. The Editor role is not supported.
This is your TrueProfit account — not a store-only account. If you're not sure which you have, sign in to TrueProfit and check.
Connect
There are two ways in. From your TrueProfit Dashboard, look at the bottom right of the Net Profit card for Connect TrueProfit MCP with: and click the Claude or ChatGPT icon. Or open the links below directly.
Claude
Open TrueProfit in Claude.
Click Connect to Claude.
If you're not signed in to TrueProfit, click Open TrueProfit and sign in.
Come back to Claude and refresh the page, then click Authorize.
Optional — click Configure and set the permission sections to Always allow, including write and delete tools. This stops Claude from asking for approval every time you use TrueProfit.
ChatGPT
Open TrueProfit in ChatGPT.
Click Install plugin.
If you're not signed in to TrueProfit, click Open TrueProfit and sign in.
Come back to ChatGPT and refresh the page, then click Authorize.
Another AI tool
Any client that supports MCP over OAuth can connect to https://mcp.trueprofit.io/mcp. Sign in with your TrueProfit account when prompted.
