To automatically get your total Ad Spend on TikTok ads to TrueProfit, you'll need to connect your TikTok ad accounts to the app.
Here's how to connect TikTok with TrueProfit
Step 1: Go to Marketing Channels
From the left-side menu in TrueProfit, go to Integrations > Marketing Channels.
Step 2: Select TikTok Ads
You will see a list of available marketing channels you can connect. Click TikTok Ads.
Step 3: Start the connection
You will see information about how your data is updated. Click Connect to continue.
Step 4: Log in to TikTok and confirm the connection
If you are not already logged in to your TikTok account, log in first. Then follow the prompts to confirm the connection with TrueProfit.
Once your TikTok account is successfully connected, you can click Add TikTok Account if you want to connect more accounts.
Note: To disconnect an account, click the 3 dots next to it.
Step 5: Select the ad accounts you want to sync
Click Select Ad Accounts and choose the ad accounts you want to sync with TrueProfit. You can always add more ad accounts later.
Step 6: Sync your ad spend
After selecting your ad accounts, click Sync Ad Spend to start syncing your TikTok ad spend data.
It may take a few minutes for all data to be pulled in from TikTok.
TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data starting from either:
the date your store was created, or
up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.
Note: To stop syncing a specific ad account, click the 3 dots next to it and select Stop Syncing.
