Connect X Ads with TrueProfit

To automatically pull your ad spend from X into TrueProfit, you need to connect your X profile to the app and select the ad accounts you want to sync.

Step 1: Go to Marketing Channels

From the left-side menu in TrueProfit, go to Integrations > Marketing Channels.

Step 2: Select X Ads

You will see a list of available marketing channels you can connect. Click X Ads.

Step 3: Start the connection

You will see information about how your data is updated. Click Connect to continue.

Step 4: Log in to X and confirm the connection

If you are not already logged in to your X account, log in first. Then follow the prompts to confirm the connection with TrueProfit.

Once your X account is successfully connected, you can click Add X Account if you want to connect more accounts.

Note: To disconnect an account, click the 3 dots next to it.​

Step 5: Select the ad accounts you want to sync

Click Select Ad Accounts and choose the ad accounts you want to sync with TrueProfit. You can always add more ad accounts later.

Step 6: Sync your ad spend

After selecting your ad accounts, click Sync Ad Spend to start syncing your X ad spend data.

It may take a few minutes for all data to be pulled in from X.

TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data starting from either:

  • the date your store was created, or

  • up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.

Note: To stop syncing a specific ad account, click the 3 dots next to it and select Stop Syncing.
