To automatically get your total Ad Spend on Pinterest ads to TrueProfit, you'll need to connect your Pinterest ad accounts to the app.
Here's how to connect Pinterest with TrueProfit:
Step 1: Go to Marketing Channels
From the left-side menu in TrueProfit, go to Integrations > Marketing Channels.
Step 2: Select Pinterest Ads
You will see a list of available marketing channels you can connect. Click Pinterest Ads.
Step 3: Start the connection
You will see information about how your data is updated. Click Connect to continue.
Step 4: Log in to Pinterest and confirm the connection
If you are not already logged in to your Pinterest account, log in first. Then follow the prompts to confirm the connection with TrueProfit.
Once your Pinterest account is successfully connected, you can click Add Pinterest Account if you want to connect more accounts.
Note: To disconnect an account, click the 3 dots next to it.
Step 5: Select the ad accounts you want to sync
Click Select Ad Accounts and choose the ad accounts you want to sync with TrueProfit. You can always add more ad accounts later.
Step 6: Sync your ad spend
After selecting your ad accounts, click Sync Ad Spend to start syncing your Pinterest ad spend data.
It may take a few minutes for all data to be pulled in from Pinterest.
TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data starting from either:
the date your store was created, or
up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.
Note: To stop syncing a specific ad account, click the 3 dots next to it and select Stop Syncing.
How to disconnect and reconnect after Pinterest’s integration update
Pinterest updated its integration, so existing Pinterest connections in TrueProfit need to be refreshed to continue syncing data.
Step 1: Disconnect your Pinterest account
In the Pinterest Ads integration page, click the 3 dots next to your Pinterest account, then click Disconnect.
Step 2: Reconnect your Pinterest account
After disconnecting, click Add Pinterest account, then Give access to reconnect and resume syncing your Pinterest data.

It can take a few minutes to pull in all the data from Pinterest. Note that TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data from either the date your store was created or up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.
