To automatically pull your ad spend from Amazon into TrueProfit, you need to connect your Amazon profile to the app and select the ad accounts you want to sync.
Step 1: Go to Marketing Channels
From the left-side menu in TrueProfit, go to Integrations > Marketing Channels.
Step 2: Select Amazon Ads
You will see a list of available marketing channels you can connect. Click Amazon Ads.
Step 3: Start the connection
You will see information about how your data is updated. Select the Region and Marketplace of your Amazon ad account:
North America (NA) β US, CA, MX, BR marketplaces
Europe (EU) β UK, FR, IT, ES, DE, NL, SE, PL, TR marketplaces
Far East (FE) β JP, AU, IN, SG marketplaces
Then click Connect to continue.
Step 4: Log in to Amazon and confirm the connection
If you are not already logged in to your Amazon account, log in first. Then follow the prompts to confirm the connection with TrueProfit.
Once your Amazon account is successfully connected, you can click Add Amazon Account if you want to connect more accounts.
Note: To disconnect an account, click the 3 dots next to it.
Step 5: Select the ad accounts you want to sync
Click Select Ad Accounts and choose the ad accounts you want to sync with TrueProfit. You can always add more ad accounts later.
Step 6: Sync your ad spend
After selecting your ad accounts, click Sync Ad Spend to start syncing your Amazon ad spend data.
It may take a few minutes for all data to be pulled in from Amazon.
TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data starting from either:
the date your store was created, or
up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.
Note: To stop syncing a specific ad account, click the 3 dots next to it and select Stop Syncing.
