Integrate Print-On-Demand platforms with TrueProfit

Integrating print-on-demand (POD) platforms with TrueProfit lets you automatically sync order costs, giving you more accurate profit calculations for your POD business. TrueProfit currently supports Printify and Printful, with more platforms coming soon!

How integrating POD platforms improves your metrics

When you connect your POD accounts to TrueProfit, the app will automatically pull in your production and shipping costs for each order. This helps you:

  • See true product costs (‘COGS’) per order

  • Track accurate shipping costs

  • Display detailed cost breakdowns in your dashboards and reports

Your costs from each synced POD platform will appear in your Orders Report, reflecting the actual cost you pay per order to your supplier. You can also review costs in your Dashboard, Product Analysis, and P&L Report.

How to connect POD platforms with TrueProfit

Step-by-step:

  1. Open TrueProfit

On the left sidebar, go to Integrations > Print-on-demand Services

2. Select your POD platform

Currently supported:

  • Printify

  • Printful

Click Connect next to your selected platform.

3. Enter your API information

In the pop-up window, add the required information (like your API key and email).

4. Sync your data

TrueProfit will verify your details and begin syncing your order costs. Your costs will update automatically for all future orders!

Requesting other Print-on-demand platforms

If your POD provider isn’t listed:

  1. Go to the Print-on-demand Services page in TrueProfit.

  2. Click Submit a Request

  3. Enter your platform’s name
