Setting Up Ad Spend Sync by Campaign Name Filter
Note: This feature is available on the Ultimate plan and above.
The Campaign Name Filters feature in Marketing Channels allows you to set filters for syncing ad spend only from campaigns that meet specific criteria. By setting rules, you can include or exclude certain campaigns in your ad account to ensure accurate ad spend tracking.
When you add keywords to include or exclude ad campaigns, TrueProfit will sync ad spend according to these rules.
Note: Only one campaign name filter can be applied per ad account for syncing ad spend.
Steps:
In the ad account row, click the 3 dots > Set Campaign Name Filters.
2. Include Keywords: Add keywords to sync ad spend only from campaigns whose names contain these keywords. Separate each keyword with a comma.
3. Exclude Keywords: Add keywords to exclude campaigns whose names contain these keywords. Separate each keyword with a comma.
Note: These filters apply automatically to both current and future campaigns.
4. After setting the filters, click Save to apply them. Your ad spend sync will be filtered immediately.
In the Facebook Ads integration page, you'll see a list of filters in the Campaign Name Filters column. The + sign indicates inclusion, and the - sign indicates exclusion.
What Happens to My Campaign Filters if I Downgrade to a Lower Plan?
If you downgrade to a lower TrueProfit plan, any campaign name filters you’ve applied will be turned off and disabled for further editing. The ad spend in your store will then sync from all available campaigns in each channel.
