No PayPal connection is required in TrueProfit
PayPal is handled through Shopify, so you don’t need to connect PayPal directly to TrueProfit.
When a customer pays for an order using PayPal:
Shopify records the PayPal transaction fee
TrueProfit automatically pulls that fee from Shopify
This means:
Your PayPal fees are automatically synced from Shopify
You don’t need to connect your PayPal account to TrueProfit
The fees shown in your reports match the data from Shopify
Note: If you use Shopify Payments and PayPal together, Shopify won't charge the third-party transaction fee on your PayPal orders.
